Raj Shah

Chairman Raj Shah brings to the company a unique combination of 22 years of experience in the software industry and experience with running events and membership for a variety of organizations. He has leveraged this experience to develop a practical and cost-effective web technology solution for event and membership management. Prior to founding 123Signup, he was co-founder and vice president of engineering at Decide.com, an e-commerce company focused on consumer services. Shah joined Informix in 1994 to create & run a subsidiary for the company in India. He was also vice president of engineering at Independence Technologies, which pioneered the three-process Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) model and commercialized Tuxedo. Shah has also worked for GriD Systems and Intel. He holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a member of the Alliance of CEO's and a charter member of the World Entrepreneur's Organization.

K Jeyarasasingam

CEO K Jeyarasasingam (KJ) has more than 20 years of experience in software and general management. Prior to 123Signup, KJ was a consultant to companies such as ADForce on the design of online services with high volume online transactions. Previously, KJ was the Vice President of Engineering and CFO at Computing Technologies, Inc., a venture-funded company building power plant management tools for electric utilities. KJ also founded and managed a consulting company that built data warehouse applications. He was the vice president of engineering at Esvel Inc. and helped develop RDBMS and Application Development Tools. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

Pradip Madan

President, Microland Pradip is currently spearheading Microland's focus on international business. Pradip has several years of unique, in-depth experience across all critical high-tech sectors - application software, data warehousing, CRM, application hosting and IT including multi-NOC environments, storage systems, wireless communications, networking, embedded systems, CAE software and semiconductors. Prior to this, Pradip was President of 123Signup, Inc., a leading application service provider for event registrations and membership management based in North America. He was the Founder CEO and COO at Rivio, a company that built back-office applications for small businesses and was later sold to CPA2Biz. Prior to that, he was Vice-President of Corporate Marketing for Adaptec ($1B), where he managed marketing for 15 business units. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Director of Product Marketing at Echelon ($125M), and led the development of 80+ products and adoption of the company's technology among 3,200 OEMs as a global standard. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Matra Harris Corporation, a joint venture between Matra ($5B, France) and Harris ($1.7B, US), subsequently sold to Daimler Benz. He launched his career at Intel Corporation. Pradip holds a B.Sc. (Physics) from the University of Delhi, a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Computer Science, both magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He is a member of the Eta Kappa Nu, Tau Beta Pi, and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies. He is President of AAMA and a charter member of TiE.

Mihir Kumar Choudhary

CEO, GreenBoox Inc. Mihir Choudhary brings years of enterprise software, software-as-service and computer industry experience as both technology leader and executive developing highly innovative, pioneering, and customer-friendly solutions. Most recently Mihir built the engineering and operations team at Rhythm New Media to deliver the first version of rich-video-based brand advertising on mobile devices. In 1999, Mihir co-founded 123Signup where he currently serves on its board. Mihir has held engineering management positions at industry leaders such as Computer Vision, Informix and EBay. Mihir has a B.Tech from REC, India and a certification in Business Management from San Jose.
