123Signup names Intuit CTO Eric Dunn to Board of Directors

MILPITAS, Calif., August 1, 2000 - 123Signup™ the leading provider of web-based Member Relationship Management systems today announced the election of Eric Dunn, senior vice president and chief technology officer of Intuit, Inc., to its board of directors. The appointment is effective immediately.

Eric Dunn has led a number of initiatives in Web-oriented consumer financial products as well as provided strategic and technology leadership for Intuit, Inc. He represents Intuit on the boards of several technology companies. Mr. Dunn has also held the positions of VP & General Manager of the Personal Finance Group and Chief Financial Officer of Intuit.
