Event Manager provides your organization the tools to describe, market, and accept online event registrations. It is suitable for:

Event Manager streamlines front- and back-office tasks for hosting and administering events. 123Signup's Event Control Center allows you to setup your event in minutes, monitor registrations and fund collection, and generate reports and badges to help you manage all onsite activities for running your event successfully.

Front-office tasks include defining and marketing your events. Informational web pages and registration forms are automatically generated. Names and email addresses of prospective attendees are easily uploaded during setup so that you can send targeted and personalized emails to effectively market your events.

Back-office tasks include event registration, badge printing, payment collection, and database management. Event Manager provides real-time reports on registrations, attendance, collections, and other facets of your events. Event Manager provides easy data import/export support for target invitee lists, data mining, and synchronization with financial and other applications you use today.

Event Manager is offered as a service, no information technology (IT) resources are required: No special hardware, software or additional human resources.
