Training Manager provides your training organization the tools to describe, market and accept online registration for your training events. It is suitable for organizations and training events such as:
  • Corporations (customer training, sales training, in-house training)

Training Manager streamlines front- and back-office tasks for administering training programs, allowing you to focus on course content and value.

Front-office tasks include defining and marketing your training events. Informational web pages and registration forms are automatically generated by Training Manager. Training packages with groups or series of classes are easily defined. Names and email addresses of prospective attendees are easily uploaded during setup so that targeted and personalized email campaigns can be created to effectively market your training events.

Back-office tasks include registration, badge printing, payment collection, and database management. Training Manager provides real-time reports on registrations, attendance, collections, and other facets of your training events. Training Manager provides easy data import/export support for target invitee lists, data mining, and synchronization with financial and other applications you use today.

Training Manager can save two to four weeks of administrative time for any training event. For the cost of the service, this can amount to savings of 25-50%.
